This week update only consist of a few small updates.

  • Scrolls now decay at the end of every level. This prevents scrolls hoarding which trivialized the end game.
  • Various throwable items’ damage are reduced as they were too powerful.
  • Various spawn rates are also reduced.

A lot of features are also added to the engine that are not visible right now. These will be added next week.

These include 2 new status effect that acts as both a buff and a debuff.

  • Floating - allow entity to float but any damage taken will cause a knockback effect
  • Wet - cause entity to lose energy when moving but also prevent a single instance of fire damage

These dual status effect will eventually play important role in the future.
